Returns/Repairs

In the unlikely event that your clock movement requires in warranty service, please do not hesitate to contact us for Return Authorization.  You may call or email us to initiate this service.


It will be the customer's responsibility to box up and return the clock to us at the address below in packaging that will get your clock back to us in undamaged condition.  Please remove batteries (and pendulum - if your clock has one) before shipping to us.
